I've built my career around helping people understand complex information, solve problems, and make confident decisions.

I'm the founder of Deal Clarity™, an AI-assisted acquisitions analysis platform that helps real estate investors evaluate opportunities, identify risk, and make more informed investment decisions with greater confidence.

Our mission is simple: help investors make better decisions before they commit their time, money, and resources.

My experience spans government service, nonprofit leadership, customer service, training, media production, entrepreneurship, and business operations. While those roles may appear different, they all required the same core strengths: organization, communication, systems thinking, and a commitment to exceptional service.

Building Deal Clarity has allowed me to combine decades of operational experience with AI-assisted workflow design, process documentation, and business process development to create practical decision-support tools for investors.

I'm also passionate about teaching. Whether discussing real estate investing, acquisitions analysis, goal setting, business processes, or workflow design, I enjoy breaking complex topics into practical, actionable steps that help others move forward with confidence.

I'm continually learning, refining, and exploring new ways to combine technology, structured analysis, and practical experience to create tools that genuinely help people make better decisions.

My professional journey has also been shaped by a lifelong passion for the arts and community leadership. As the founder and executive director of Creativity Int'l, Inc., a 501(c)(3) Arts-in-Intercultural Education organization, I developed programs that brought people together through creativity, education, and cultural understanding.

Among those initiatives was the Olympic Gift Quilt Project, which connected students from the United States and Japan through an international pen pal exchange culminating in a collaborative gift presented to the Paralympic Team from Lima, Peru. I also organized a three-part mayoral candidate debate series, giving Atlanta's creative community a platform to discuss public policy and the future of the arts.

These experiences strengthened skills I still rely on today—leadership, strategic planning, project management, communication, and bringing people together around a common purpose.

I believe better decisions create better outcomes in business and in life. If you're passionate about commercial real estate, AI, process improvement, or building solutions that help people make better decisions, I'd love to connect.
